**Job Role - Customer Relationship Executive**

**Location - 2nd floor, Kanakia wall street, 'B' wing, Andheri-Kurla rd, hanuman Nagar, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400093**

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Contribute to sales performance and sales goals for the allocated territory
- Develop key relationships with new & existing investors to drive new business and keep them up to date.
- Analyse, evaluate, and develop a tailored relationship strategy for each client.
- Coordinate with the operations team and assist clients in their investment journey.
- Actively assist and support marketing activities by working on events, summits, etc.
- Remain current on all aspects of the Alternative Investment industry and emerging products in this space.
- Proven track record in sales, especially in the financial services sector.
- Sound technical financial services knowledge
- Basic understanding of alternative investment products and ability to grasp new concepts and processes quickly
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and strong presentation skills (project plans, presentations, data mining, analysis)
- Fluency in both written and verbal English is mandatory.

Fluency in Hindi is preferred and additional languages would be a further asset.

Qualifications: -- Minimum Fresher to 2 year experience as a customer relationship executive or any sales-related position in financial services (especially selling PMS- Portfolio Management

Scheme and AIF- Alternative investment funds
- Relevant degree in Business Administration, Law, or Economics (Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree)

**Working days & Time**:Mon To Sat 10am to 6pm (Sat till 4.00 pm)
