We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a WhatsApp Chat Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers via WhatsApp messaging platform. You will assist customers with their inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp messaging platform.

2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products or services.

3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.

4. Follow up with customers to ensure their questions or concerns are resolved satisfactorily.

5. Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all customer interactions.

6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

7. Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve support processes and procedures.

8. Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures.

**Requirements**:
1. Degree preferred.

2. Prior experience in customer service or support role is advantageous.

3. Proficiency in written communication; excellent spelling and grammar skills.

4. Familiarity with WhatsApp messaging platform and other communication tools.

5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet.

6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

7. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.

8. Must have a fashion background.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
