Our company is committed to providing superior services to our clients, and we are constantly innovating and improving what we do. We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, online support, and technical support to our clients. The day-to-day tasks include answering customer queries, booking appointments, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Customer Support Executive will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and updating our knowledge management systems.
Skills required
- Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
Online Support and Technical Support skills
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Prior experience in customer service or technical support is preferred
Bachelor's degree in any field
Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
Minimum qualification -Intermediate
Language - English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Gujurati.
Salary -Best in Industry.
