Junior Executive

**Job Title: Junior Executive - Accounts Receivables**

**Reporting to: Manager - Accounts Receivables**

Executive - Accounts Receivables is crucial to this.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Preparing and recording B2C and B2B sales invoices and following up on payments.
- Posting bank receipts in the accounting system.
- Reconciling offline, online, and E-Commerce sales with bank statements on a daily basis.
- Inspecting and resolving any irregularities or inquiries related to bank and receivable reconciliations.
- Maintaining accurate and complete records of all sales-related entries and submitting all required sales reports accurately and promptly.
- Assisting with month-end closing, cash and stock audits, and preparation of documents for statutory filings (income tax, indirect tax, etc)

**Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with 1 -2 years of experience.
- Proficient in Tally, MS office, and Excel tools.
- Strong prioritization, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities are required.
- Good communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year

- Mumbai - 400054, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
