With over a decade experience, we work with several fortune companies and privately held enterprises across North America. **Role**:Personal Secretary** **Location**: Hyderabad This role is in India **Role Description** We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of our organization, Gate Corporation. This is a full-time position that requires exceptional executive administrative skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in managing calendars and facilitating effective communication. **Qualifications** - Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills - Strong communication and organizational skills - Calendaring skills for scheduling appointments and meetings - Bachelor's degree in business, Communications or related field - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant or similar role - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize assignments - Experience in a consulting firm or technology industry is a plus - Demonstrate the ability to work independently and efficiently without constant supervision. - Prioritize and manage tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines are met. - Manage the CEO's calendar efficiently, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences. **Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred) Ability to Commute: - Hyderabad, Telangana (required) Ability to Relocate: - Hyderabad, Telangana: Relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person
