Personal Secretary

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate travel plans, hotel bookings, and event arrangements.
- Prepare reports, minutes of meetings, and presentation materials.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and important documents.
- Assist in business and personal activities as required.
- Manage reminders, follow-ups, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Be available for occasional travel and flexible working hours when needed.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate in any discipline with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Prior experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Admin Executive preferred.
- Willingness to travel if required.
Pay: ₹13,477.13 - ₹25,000.00 per month
