About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Zonal Head. The professional candidate who can manage complex schedules, letter drafting's, MIS Reports, Travel needs, and handle a wide range of administrative and personal tasks with exceptional judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage professional and personal calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Act as the primary point of contact, screening and prioritizing communication via phone, email, and in-person requests.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including domestic and international flights, accommodation, and ground transport.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
- Conduct research and compile information to aid in decision-making.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
At least 2-10 years of progressive experience as a personal or executive assistant supporting a senior-level executive.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and anticipate needs without direct instruction.
Track record of handling confidential information with complete integrity.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust quickly to changing priorities.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant scheduling software.
