**We are thrilled to inform you that we currently have an exciting job opportunity for the position of personal secretary for the Head office Kompally, Hyderabad.**
As a Personal Secretary in a school, you will provide high-level administrative support to the school principal or other senior administrators. Your role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing meetings and events, and ensuring the efficient operation of the school office. You will play a key role in facilitating communication and coordination within the school community.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage the principal’s or senior administrator’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.

**Meeting and Event Coordination**:

- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Arrange logistics for school events, workshops, and conferences, including venue booking, catering, and equipment setup.

**Communication and Liaison**:

- Serve as a point of contact between the principal or senior administrators and staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication within the school community by relaying messages and information promptly and accurately.

**Office Management**:

- Ensure the smooth operation of the school office by managing supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs.
- Implement and maintain office procedures and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.

**Travel and Logistics**:

- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for the principal or senior administrators and other staff as needed.

**Project Support**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives led by the principal or senior administrators.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a personal secretary, executive assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
