**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and organize the executive's calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate business travel, visas, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Draft, proofread, and manage business correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Act as the first point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and records.
- Manage office files, documents, and ensure an efficient filing system.
- Handle personal tasks, errands, and assignments as required.
- Prepare minutes of meetings and follow up on action points.
- Assist in planning company events, conferences, and meetings.
- **Educational Qualification**: MBA/BBA or equivalent degree from a reputed management college.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational abilities.
- Presentable, confident, and polished in communication.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure.
- Fluent in English and [other local languages if required].
- Open to flexible working hours and travel if required.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
