Seeking an experienced Personal Secretary with strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient in office tools, adept at multitasking, scheduling, and maintaining confidentiality. Exceptional interpersonal skills & attention to detail
- Manage the day-to-day office tasks of the Managing Director
- Calendar management - Arranging and prioritizing appointments.
- Responsible for answering telephone calls and taking messages.
- Responsible for sending and receiving letters / posts.
- Responsible for typing / word processing of necessary documents. Also responsible for preparing presentations and reports.
- Taking dictations and prepare correspondence - Drafting letters, quotations and memos
- Responsible for filing and maintaining the director’s documents.
- Responsible to coordinating and organizing the meetings. Also responsible for drafting minutes of the meetings.
- Making arrangements of travel and making online purchases. Also responsible for making office purchases and maintaining records
**Competencies and Experiences**
- Minimum 1-5 years in same role
- A Bachelor’s degree or Master
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a very high level of accuracy with particular attention to deadlines
- Excellent writing, proof reading and editing skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality surrounding company materials and information
- High communication skills, judgment and decision-making ability
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook (especially Excel analysis, Word and Power point)
- Should be proficient in English and Hindi languages Must
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
