**What job duties can I expect to perform as a Customer Support Representative?**
- Providing clear, concise, and thoughtful instructions
- Answering customer questions and providing helpful solutions
- Promoting products and services for our clients
- Resolving customer complaints with fast, friendly, and courteous service

**What requirements must I meet to join the team?**
Educational Background: Graduate in Commerce
- Work Experience: 1-4 years of experience in BPO with exposure to UK / US Banking / Financial Services
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Typing Proficiency: Average typing speed of at least 90 words per minute with 97% accuracy.
- Domain Knowledge: Knowledge about Banking operations, Remittance / Payments and / or banking KYC
- Customer Experience Focus: Skilled at handling customer inquiries, including managing difficult or irate customers to ensure a positive resolution.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; capable of using computer tools efficiently for professional tasks.
- Problem Solving: Ability to respond promptly and accurately to customer needs across multiple channels (chat, call)
