We are hiring for a **Customer Support Representative** role in Bangalore for a **US Process**. Join our team to provide exceptional customer support through the international voice process.

**Job Details**:

- **Process**: International Voice Process
- **Shift**: Rotational shifts
- **Week Offs**: Rotational (5 days working, 2 days off)
- **Location**: Bangalore
- **Salary Package**: Up to ₹4.5 LPA

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer queries and provide resolutions via calls.
- Maintain excellent communication and build rapport with customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
- Follow process guidelines and ensure adherence to quality standards.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Graduation is **mandatory** (any stream).
- **1 year of experience** in customer support (domestic or international) is **mandatory**.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Open to working in rotational shifts and week offs.
