**Job Title: Channel Partner(BDM)**

**About the Role**: Join us as a Channel Partner and play a key role in expanding access to IIT-JEE and NEET courses by partnering with schools and developing franchises. This freelance opportunity offers a highly rewarding variable pay structure, making it ideal for professionals looking to grow their income with each success.
**Compensation**:
For each school you sign, you will receive a standardized payment of ₹15,000, with the potential for increased earnings as you sign more schools.
You will also receive an executional pay of ₹5,000 per month for each school, covering execution, support, and monitoring, which you will continue to receive for as long as you are working with Smart Ed.
In addition, you will receive a renewal pay of ₹10,000 per school annually, guaranteed for a minimum of 5 years.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Secure school partnerships to introduce our IIT-JEE and NEET programs.
2. Lead presentations and initial meetings to demonstrate the value of our courses.
3. Develop and manage franchise relationships to broaden our reach.
4. Work closely with internal teams to meet business growth and enrolment objectives.
**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 36 months
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
