**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute channel partner strategies to drive revenue growth through partnerships with B2B distributors, retailers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Good experience in Apartment / High Rise Residential sales
- Manage relationships with existing partners to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement in their performance.
- Identify new potential partners and develop strategies to onboard them into the company's distribution network.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales) to align sales enablement materials and training programs for partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform partner development initiatives.
- 3-7 years of experience in Channel Sales Management or related field.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective channel partner strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
