A Channel Partner Sales role focuses on developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue. This role involves identifying, onboarding, and supporting partners to ensure they effectively sell and market a company's products or services. Key responsibilities include building partner relationships, providing training and resources, and monitoring partner performance. Key Responsibilities:
- **Partner Relationship Management**:Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, fostering collaboration and mutual success.
- **Partner Onboarding and Support**:Recruit new partners, provide comprehensive training and resources to enable them to effectively sell products or services, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- **Performance Monitoring and Optimization**:Track partner performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance overall channel effectiveness.
- **Strategic Planning**:Develop and implement channel sales strategies aligned with company goals, including targeting key partners and markets.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Work closely with other teams, such as sales, marketing, and product management, to ensure seamless execution of channel strategies.
- **Market Analysis**:Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and refine partner strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- **Strong Communication and Relationship-Building Skills**:Ability to effectively communicate with partners, build rapport, and maintain strong working relationships.
- **Sales and Negotiation Skills**:Experience in managing sales relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
