**Duties and Responsibilities**:
2. Lead Follow-up and Management: Diligently following up on all leads received through various channels. Ensuring the accurate entry of each lead in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Maintaining organized and up-to-date records of all call interactions and lead progress.

3. Social Media Engagement: Managing data and leads generated through social media channels. Engaging with potential customers on social media platforms to nurture relationships and drive conversions.

4. Lead Conversion: Using persuasive and consultative sales techniques to convert leads into confirmed customers. Demonstrating a thorough understanding of our products/services and effectively communicating their benefits to potential customers. Closing each lead satisfactorily and achieving conversion targets.

Working Days: Mon-Sat

Job Time : 10 am - 6 pm

Working Location: Pune(No Travelling, Inside Desk Job)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹440,000.00 per year
