**Job Brief**

We are currently looking to hire an energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude individual who enjoys networking and establishing relationships to join our team as Partnerships & Alliances Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and assisting to build commercial and strategic relationships with organizations in accordance with company's overarching objective, goals and strategies.

**Main Responsibilities of an Alliances - Executive**
- Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership solutions
- Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
- Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners

**Key Requirements**
- You have a MBA degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration or related field. Your overall scores are abve 60% in academics.
- You have prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships.(Project work or internship)
- You are highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver.
- You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- You demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- You have excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience: 0-1 Year

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
