We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partners and Alliances Manager to develop and manage strategic partnerships that drive business growth. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and nurturing relationships with partners, ensuring that alliances align with the company's strategic objectives and bring value to both parties.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and Develop Strategic Partnerships.
- Alliance Strategy and Planning.
- Drive Joint Business Development Initiatives.
- Contract Negotiation and Management.
- Relationship Management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration.
- Ability to Cross Sell and Up sell of our solutions and services.
**Key Requirements**:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances.
**Skills**:
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven experience in negotiation and contract management.
- Ability to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactical plans.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
