**Key Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and documentation to convey design concepts effectively.

Develop user-friendly interfaces and enhance the overall user experience within ServiceNow.

Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring adherence to design specifications and best practices.

Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Stay up to date with ServiceNow features and updates, integrating new functionalities into designs as appropriate.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Designer or similar role, with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform.

Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT Service Management best practices.

Strong skills in user experience (UX) design and usability principles.

Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools and scripting languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).

**Preferred Skills**:
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Designer).

Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
