Experience - Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow system & performs routine maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification/ remediation. Requires Knowledge on ServiceNow CORE Concepts and knowledge of all major modules in ServiceNow
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform
- Experience in maintaining a CMDB, aligned with CSDM
- Collaborate with end users results, support issues.
- Collaborate with business users' communication processing.
- Monitor and troubleshoot all ServiceNow instances and related infrastructure. Evaluate and escalate issues as needed
- Create and Utilize formal Work Instruction (WI) documents and other documented knowledge to resolve customer issues, transfer knowledge to L1 technicians.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- **ServiceNow Dev / Admin Certification**
- Working knowledge in enterprise architectures.
- You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies.

- Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management.

- Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
