Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and certified ServiceNow Developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will design, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and customize applications within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Work on modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Request Management.
  • Create Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Workflows, Flow Designer flows and Integration APIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Ensure ongoing platform maintenance, enhancements, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain proper documentation and follow ServiceNow best practices.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, REST/SOAP Web Services, Script Includes, and Glide APIs.
  • Experience implementing and supporting ITSM modules.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote and collaborative environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Mandatory Certifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

ServiceNow ITSM Implementation / ITSM Certified

Candidates without these certifications will not be considered.Good to Have

  • Additional ServiceNow module certifications.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes.
