**Job Description: ServiceNow Expert (Remote)**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**ServiceNow Implementation & Customization**:

- Implement and configure **various ServiceNow modules** (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, etc.).
- Customize workflows, forms, scripts, and business rules based on organizational needs.

**Automation & Integration**:

- Automate business processes using **ServiceNow Flow Designer, Workflows, and Scripting**.
- Develop and manage **ServiceNow CMDB** and Asset Management configurations.

**Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting**:

- Ensure best practices in **ServiceNow security, access control (ACLs), and governance**.

**Collaboration & Documentation**:

- Work closely with **cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and ServiceNow admins** to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Create and maintain **technical documentation, user guides, and training materials** for ServiceNow implementations.

**Required Skills & Experience**:
**4-6 years of hands-on experience** in **ServiceNow development, implementation, and administration**.
Strong expertise in **ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps**, or other ServiceNow modules.
Proficiency in **JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow scripting, Business Rules, UI Policies, an Client Scripts**.
Experience in **REST/SOAP API integrations** and working with **third-party tools**.
Knowledge of **ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management**.
Understanding of **ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboards**.
Familiarity with **ServiceNow Flow Designer, Workflow Automation, and UI Customization**.
Experience in **ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and performance optimization**.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

**Nice-to-Have (preferred) Skills**:
✔ **ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)** or **Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)**.
✔ Experience in **ServiceNow ITSM Pro, Predictive Intelligence, or Virtual Agent**.
✔ Knowledge of **cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)** and DevOps practices.
✔ Experience in **Agile methodologies, JIRA, and CI/CD pipelines**.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
