**CEO OFFICE - COORDINATOR**:
**Location: KOLKATA**
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and the CEO’s Office
- Assist in the implementation, documentation and analysis of administrative systems in the organization.
- Serving as a coordinator between the CEO and different departments of the organization.
- Attend meetings with the CEO
- Monitor and analyze organizational reports.
- Plan, coordinate & minute the strategic reviews, updates and reports from different departments.
**Required Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Hindi and English
- Preferred proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
