**Post : Personal Assistant to the CEO (Female)**

**Location - Kolkata (Kasba)**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and appointments for the CEO, ensuring all logistics are arranged.
- **Internal and External Communication**:

- Convey the CEO’s messages to internal teams and departments effectively and in a timely manner.
- Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and other teams, ensuring efficient and clear communication.
- **Meeting and Event Coordination**:

- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-ups are conducted after each meeting.
- Assist with the coordination of events, conferences, and special projects across the companies and NGOs.
- **Travel Management**:

- Organize and manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for both local and international trips.
- Accompany the CEO on business trips as needed to assist with scheduling, communications, and logístical support.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in both **Bengali** and **English** (verbal and written).
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to travel as required by the role.

**Required**:

- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role.
- Familiarity with managing schedules and logistics for senior executives.
- A professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
