Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive General Manager (Female) with 4–5 years of experience in operations and team management, preferably in landscaping, gardening, or real estate, to manage day-to-day operations, budgets, teams, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution.
  • Lead and train supervisors, gardeners, and staff, building a productive culture.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, control costs, and negotiate with vendors.
  • Act as the main client contact, resolve issues, and provide regular project updates.
  • Maintain documentation, reports, and coordinate with departments for smooth project execution.

Key Skills:

  • Strong operations and project management expertise
  • Preferred knowledge in Excel & PPT
  • Leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving ability
  • Budgeting and cost control skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience:

4–5 years in operations, project coordination, or team management, preferably in landscaping, gardening, or real estate projects. EA/PA experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,463.09 per month
