- Manage customer escalations and coordinate resolution efforts with key stakeholders
- Ensure critical SLAs are met and adhered
- Ensure customer escalations are resolved and agreed upon
- Provide escalation insights to stakeholders
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
