
Executive Assistant

Reports To: CEO
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as requested by senior management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors, and represent the executives in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of meetings, including agenda creation, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Conduct research, gather data, and compile information to support decision-making and project management initiatives.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity, ensuring proper handling and protection of sensitive documents and communications.
- Coordinate special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy access to information and documents.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity within the executive office.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and diplomacy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
- Proactive and resourceful problem solver with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
