**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide executive-level administrative support to leadership.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional tasks between different departments.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and data analysis using **advanced Microsoft Excel**.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist in scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
- Follow up on key tasks, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
- Support in project tracking and execution of strategic initiatives.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- **Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel** (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, dashboards, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Experience in handling cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Commitment to **long-term association** with the organization.

Pay: ₹15,234.34 - ₹30,599.75 per month
