**Job Title**: Executive Assistant to CEO

**Job Summary**:
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Executive Support**:

- Manage CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate CEO’s daily activities, ensuring time management and efficiency.
- **Meeting Coordination**:

- Schedule and organize meetings, including virtual and in-person setups.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- Provide timely reminders and materials for meetings to ensure preparedness.
- **Travel and Logistics**:

- Book domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure smooth travel logistics.
- **Document and Report Management**:

- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval of documents.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive business information.
- **Project Support**:

- Assist with the management of projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and project-related tasks.
- Ensure deadlines are met and communicate project status with key stakeholders.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Handle office supplies, equipment, and inventory for the CEO’s office.
- Assist in personal tasks for the CEO when necessary (errands, events, etc.).
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and ability to work with high-level executives and stakeholders.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an executive support role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,455.16 - ₹60,000.00 per month
