**Position Overview**:
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone beginning their career who is interested in gaining experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. As an Executive Assistant, you will support senior leadership with essential administrative tasks, learning how to manage executive schedules, facilitate communication, and organize important company activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Calendar and Schedule Management**:

- Assist in organizing and maintaining executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Learn to prioritize tasks and manage executive time effectively.
- **Communication Support**:

- **Meeting Support**:

- Help prepare for meetings by organizing materials, setting up technology, and taking notes.
- Assist with follow-up actions after meetings to ensure that projects stay on track.
- **Travel and Logistics Coordination**:

- Support travel arrangements, including booking transportation and accommodations for executives.
- Manage and submit expense reports for travel reimbursements.
- **Document and Records Management**:

- Learn to organize and maintain digital and physical files and records, supporting efficient business operations.
- Ensure confidential information is handled with care and professionalism.
- **General Administrative Support**:

- Help with office tasks, such as ordering supplies and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Support other departments when needed, gaining exposure to various business functions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace tools.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in an administrative role.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
