Executive Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing schedules, booking appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to create, maintain, and update complex spreadsheets, reports, and data analysis.
- Generate and distribute reports, charts, and presentations using Excel data to support decision-making and management objectives.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and progress using Excel tools.
- Prepare and manage detailed travel itineraries, arrange accommodations, and process travel expenses.
- Act as a liaison between executives and other departments, ensuring effective communication and timely responses.
- Maintain office organization, filing systems, and ensure efficient office operations.
- Coordinate and support executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring all logístical details are handled.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong letters of recommendation from previous employers
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, data analysis, and report generation.
- Familiarity with other Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, while also being a team player.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
Pay: ₹48,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
