Draft, edit, and prepare high-level correspondence, executive reports, and strategic presentations. Oversee document management, including sensitive client files and project tracking. RequirementsProven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and tools like Google Workspace. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments. Superior written and verbal communication abilities. Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information. Keen attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy. Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively in teams. Adaptable mindset for dynamic priorities.
