We are looking for a dynamic **Payroll Administrator**to collaborate with clients and internal teams, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing support of payroll and HR practices through our products. The Payroll & HR Operations Administrator will work closely with Product Analysts and development teams to understand and address client requirements across various HR functions. This role involves supporting clients in payroll management, HR operations, compliance, and system optimization, contributing to the development of efficient, client-centric HR solutions.
- **Client Requirement Analysis**:Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements for payroll and other HR operations, including leave management, attendance, and employee benefits.
- **Product Collaboration**:Work with Product Analysts and development teams to provide HR operations insights for product enhancements.
- **Payroll & HR Support**:Assist clients in setting up and managing payroll processes, compliance, and other HR functions using Gritstone Technologies' HR products.
- **Process Improvement**:Recommend best practices to improve payroll and HR operations for clients, leveraging the capabilities of the product.
- **Compliance & Reporting**:Ensure payroll and HR processes align with statutory compliance requirements and generate accurate reports.
- **Testing & Quality Assurance**:Participate in testing HR product features to ensure accurate and user-friendly functionality.
- **Documentation**:Maintain detailed records of client requirements, payroll configurations, HR operations, and support activities.
- **Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution**:Act as a point of contact for resolving payroll and HR operational issues for clients.
