As an Admin Manager overseeing HR, Administration, Customer Care, and Operations for a Construction company, your duties and responsibilities may include:
Human Resources:
2. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.

3. Managing employee benefits, payroll, and performance evaluation processes.

4. Handling employee relations issues, such as conflicts and grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.

5. Overseeing training and development programs to support employee growth and performance improvement.

Administration:
1. Managing office operations, including facilities management, office supplies, and equipment maintenance.

2. Handling administrative tasks such as record-keeping, file management, and document control.

3. Coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, and events for the company.

4. Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts for necessary services.

5. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all administrative functions.

Customer Care:
1. Developing and implementing customer service strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

2. Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

3. Coordinating customer feedback surveys and analyzing data to improve service quality.

4. Monitoring and addressing customer service issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

5. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to promote customer engagement and loyalty.

Operations:
1. Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to streamline business processes.

2. Monitoring and evaluating operational performance against set goals and KPIs.

3. Managing project execution and ensuring timely delivery of project to clients.

4. Identifying areas for process improvement and cost optimization within the organization.

5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication in operational activities.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
