**Office Administrator - Client & Sales Management | Mall of Gardens**

We are looking for a **smart, organized, and people-oriented Office Administrator** to manage **client communication, sales coordination, and daily office operations** at our **Kozhikode office**.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Client Management**
- Handle all **client inquiries, updates, and communications** professionally.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure excellent **client service experience**.
- Schedule client meetings, prepare presentations, and support the design/sales team.
**Sales Coordination**
- Assist the **sales team** with leads, quotations, proposals, and follow-up activities.
- Update and manage **CRM / enquiry tracking system**.
- Coordinate between **clients, design, and project execution teams** to ensure smooth workflow.
**Office Administration**
- Oversee daily office operations and internal communication.
- Maintain client records, project files, and payment tracking.
- Support management in preparing **reports, MIS, and performance summaries**.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration / Commerce / Management / Architecture** or equivalent.
- **2-4 years** of experience in **client coordination, sales administration, or office management**.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,059.91 per month
