**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining records, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Create and manage invoices, quotations, and reports.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Respond to inquiries and manage office supplies and logistics.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Tally is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
