Job Title: Office Assistant

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records.

Schedule meetings and appointments and manage calendars.

Perform data entry and maintain updated records of office expenses and inventory.

Support the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Order office supplies and ensure adequate stock.

Assist in organizing office events or meetings.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary is a plus.

Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or relevant role.

Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.103:32 PM

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
