**Managing schedules**:Planning and organizing events, meetings, and conferences, and managing the daily schedules and appointments of the executive team
- **Managing office supplies**:Controlling and organizing office supplies stock, including ordering and restocking
- **Maintaining databases**:Maintaining company databases and records, and data entry into financial, personnel, and legal databases
- **Preparing reports**:Creating reports on expenses and office budgets, and producing reports, presentations, and briefs
- **Assisting with budgeting**:Assisting with budgeting and financial management, and collaborating with the finance department to track expenses and process invoices
- **Supporting teams**:Supporting various teams within the organization, including Human Resource, finance, and marketing
- **Overseeing facility maintenance**:Overseeing facility maintenance
- **Organizing office procedures**:Organizing office procedures and developing and carrying out an efficient documentation and filing system
- **Serving as a point of contact**:Serving as a pivotal point of contact within an organization for administrative-related queries

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
