
Administrative Staff

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Purchasing and Procurement**:
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary materials and equipment for construction projects.
- Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchases and expenses.
- **Accounting and Financial Management**:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Record and reconcile all financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
- **Invoicing and Purchase Orders**:
- Generate invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Create and process purchase orders as per project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding invoicing and purchasing.
- **Project Monitoring and Reporting**:
- Utilize project management ERP tools to monitor construction activities.
- Prepare regular progress reports on project status, budget, and timeline.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders regarding any deviations or issues.
- **HR Duties**:
- Process payroll for all staff and laborers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare and distribute salary slips to employees.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations regarding payroll and compensation.
- Address any payroll-related inquiries or issues from employees promptly and professionally.
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information at all times.
- Collaborate with the HR department to assist in other HR-related tasks as needed.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Civil Engineering.
- Proficiency in project management ERP tools, preferably SAP.
- Knowledge of Tally for accounting purposes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
