_**Key Responsibilities**:_
- Expertise in bidding on government e-procurement platforms such as GeM, CPPP, NIC, and other state-specific portals.
- Extensive experience in registration and vendor onboarding processes for various government tender portals.
- In-depth understanding of the full bidding lifecycle, including portal registration, pre-bid meetings, document preparation, and bid submission.
- Coordinate, prepare, and compile Technical and Financial bid documents related to tendering activities, including tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications.
- Prior experience in creating bids, particularly in the IT Services industry.
- Organize and coordinate efforts of all involved departments for tendering activities and contract review.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer bid requirements effectively.
- Assist the commercial department in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential associates/customers.
- Review incoming tenders, noting important details such as tender due dates, project start and end dates, submission instructions, and modes of submission.
- Gather and compile tender information and references from various sources, including online search engines, industry data, and market intelligence, for submission purposes.
- Ensure strict adherence to tender submission deadlines, managing all aspects from checking, binding, packing, to preparing outgoing submissions.
- Standardize tender submissions in terms of format, font,logo, and presentation, ensuring alignment with the customer's tender requirements.
- **Desired Skills**:_
- Proven experience in e-tendering and working with government procurement systems.
- Should be from IT Industry
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Able to communicate with clients professionally and confidently
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
