Tender Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- **Tender Identification and Evaluation**:
- Identify and evaluate potential tenders and bid opportunities from various sources.
- Analyze tender documents to understand requirements and feasibility.
- **Documentation and Submission**:
- Prepare and compile tender documents in accordance with client requirements and company standards.
- Ensure all necessary documentation, including technical and financial details, is accurate and complete.
- Submit tenders within specified deadlines.
- **Coordination and Communication**:
- Liaise with internal departments (finance, legal, technical) to gather necessary information and inputs.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to clarify tender requirements and follow up on submitted tenders.
- **Compliance and Quality Assurance**:
- Ensure all tender submissions comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tender documents.
- **Tracking and Reporting**:
- Maintain a database of submitted tenders, including status updates and outcomes.
- Generate regular reports on tender activities and performance metrics.
- **Post-Submission Activities**:
- Follow up on submitted tenders to track progress and address any post-submission queries.
- Coordinate contract award processes and assist in contract negotiations if required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tender management or a similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of tender processes and documentation requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tender management software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Key Skills:
- Analytical skills to evaluate tender requirements and feasibility.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
