Job Description**:Tender Executive (Medical Devices)**

**Salary**: 3LPA

**Location**: Noida

**Experience**: 1-2 years in Medical Devices

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and submit tender quotes.
- Participate in bidding for medical devices.
- Review and ensure technical specifications are accurate.
- Coordinate pricing for competitive quotes.
- Follow up on payments and track tender status.
- Identify tender opportunities from government portals and healthcare sources.
- Address client queries and provide clarifications.
- Maintain bid documentation and records.
- Track bid status and ensure compliance with tender terms.
- Resolve GEM queries from clients.
- Provide updates on new opportunities in the healthcare sector.
- Manage online bidding process from start to finish, ensuring timely submission of tenders.
- Prepare tender documents, including bid solicitation, technical specifications, and commercial proposals on Gem portal
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, finance, legal) to gather necessary information and documents for tender submissions.
- Conduct thorough analysis of tender requirements to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective communication strategies for successful tender estimation.
- Ensure compliance with e-procurement guidelines and regulations throughout the tendering process.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in medical devices Industry in E-tendering, E-procurement, or related fields (GEM Portal) tendering.
- Strong understanding of GEM PORTAL for Tender Documentation, Tender Preparation, Tender Estimation, Online Bidding, Communication Skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
