**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Tender Preparation & Submission**:

- Identify and analyse upcoming tender opportunities, particularly in the **GEM** PORTAL and government contracts.
- Prepare, coordinate, and submit comprehensive tender proposals in accordance with the requirements set out in tender documents.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary data, documentation, and supporting materials for tender submissions.

**2. Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential bidding opportunities relevant to jam products and government procurement.
- Analyse past tender submissions and outcomes to improve future bidding strategies.

**3. Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain an organised database of submitted tenders, including tracking deadlines, submission dates, and outcomes.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarising tender activities, challenges, and achievements for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in tender management, with specific knowledge of **GEM** tenders and government procurement processes preferred.
- Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory compliance related to government tenders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tender management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
