**Roles** **and** **Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain detailed and precise records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer issues.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer service process and improve customer satisfaction.
- Be comfortable with rotational shifts to support our clients.
- Responsible for terminal monitoring and utilizing the ticketing system.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills
- Experience in international BPO
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle pressure effectively
- Proficient in MS Excel, including data reporting and maintenance
- Flexibility to work in different time zones as per business requirements Strong problem-solving skills and quick thinking
- Ability to manage difficult customers and situations with empathy and professionalism
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if needed
