**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our Gurgaon office. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth, friendly, and efficient customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide timely information about our healthcare services, appointments, and treatment procedures
- Resolve patient complaints and concerns efficiently and escalate when necessary
- Coordinate between patients and healthcare providers to schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and transactions
- Follow up with patients for feedback and support post-treatment
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or related sectors
- Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi)
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- A compassionate and patient-centric approach
