**Job Title: Customer Care Executive**

**Location**: Gurgaon, Sector 28

**Salary**: ₹25,000 per month

**Experience**: 6 months to 2 years (Freshers also welcome)

**Position**: Immediate Joiner

**Position Overview**:As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high customer satisfaction and contributing to the success of our company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain and update customer records and interactions in the CRM system.
- Assist customers with order processing, returns, and refunds.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless customer support.
- Identify opportunities for improving customer service and provide feedback to management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 6 months to 2 years in a customer support or customer service role preferred; freshers are also welcome to apply.
- **Education**: BBA, MBA, IT, BSW or bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
