We are looking for a proactive and organized Customer Care Executive to join our team and help us deliver excellent service.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1**. _Customer Communication_
- Order confirmations and updates.
- Appointment bookings and reminders.
- Thank you notes, feedback requests, and follow-ups.

**2**. _Freelance Workforce Management_
- Interact with freelance nurses and doctors.
- Check availability and schedule bookings efficiently.
- Coordinate and ensure timely communication between staff and clients.

**3.** _Community & Feedback Management_
- Manage a WhatsApp community for client engagement.
- Share updates, tips, offers, and relevant healthcare information.
- Take feedback from customers and improve the service experience.

**4.** _Data Entry & Organization_
- Maintain accurate records of communications, bookings, and schedules.
- Ensure customer databases are updated regularly.

**5**. _Customer Support_
- Resolve issues promptly and escalate complex cases to the manager.

**6. **_Contribute to Growth_
- Assist in developing new customer care processes and initiatives to enhance satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: Minimum graduate in any field
- Experience: Prefer some experience in customer service, scheduling, or coordination roles (not mandatory)
- Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) etc.
- Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal, strong English is a must).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to think on your feet.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
