**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to enhance their experience with our edtech products. You will play a vital role in building customer loyalty and ensuring satisfaction with our offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and escalations by providing accurate information and efficient solutions.
- Guide customers in using our edtech products and services, including troubleshooting technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and technical support, to address customer needs.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention by understanding their needs and feedback.
- Assist in onboarding new customers by providing product demonstrations, tutorials, and support.
- Stay up-to-date with product features, updates, and company policies to ensure accurate information is communicated to customers.
- Achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting performance metrics, such as response times, resolution rates, and customer feedback scores.
