**Mandatory Criteria (Strictly Required for Screening)**:
Minimum **10 years of experience in Freight Forwarding**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Share client leads with the sales team and oversee new client onboarding.
- Approve quotations and jobs across verticals including **Ocean, Air, and Projects**.
- Accompany sales personnel for major client meetings, recovery discussions, and problem resolution.
- Conduct weekly sales meetings to track feedback, pipeline generation, and customer performance.
- Manage all credit and commission approvals from the management.
- Drive new business development, relationship-building, and lead generation.
- Support operations and customs clearance in complex cargo situations.
- Promote collaboration and teamwork among sales and operations teams.
- Lead recruitment and training of new sales staff as needed.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue budgets.

**Key Result Areas (KRAs)**:

- Oversee and grow the Freight Forwarding division effectively.
- Source new clients and expand existing client portfolios.
- Drive timely collections and credit control measures.
- Encourage cross-vertical collaboration for integrated logistics solutions.
- Monitor and support the sales team in achieving targets.
- Ensure adherence to organizational systems and quality standards.

Must have an **existing shipper base** that can be transitioned post-joining
Proven skills in **Client Acquisition & Retention**
Strong ability in preparing **market intelligence reports**
Prior experience in managing **end-to-end logistics solutions**

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
