To Monitor budget progress and tracked actual costs against projections, ensuring financial goals are met.

To Implement corrective actions to address discrepancies and ensured cost efficiency.

To Source competitive rates from air, ocean, and road carriers, negotiating deals to secure the best possible prices.

To Strive for higher profitability by reducing procurement costs through strategic negotiations.
